Re: One fast mustang...
i wonder what kind of motors they're running... 2 stroke but not a weed eater because it wouldn't have enough power. maybe a chainsaw motor... definitely a simple build though, but tons of fun.

Re: One fast mustang...
edit***a few of those were the honda.
those are lawn mower engines like the one I used to run in my microsprint when I raced. those are honda. prolly 5.5 or 6.5hp. We used to use over bored 6.5hp block and made about 20hp on sunoco 94, not bad for a 4-stroke that was approxiamately 236cc after boring it over. Although it wasnt cheap, one of my motors built was well over $1,500. the camshaft with only 2 lobes of course was $450 US at the time when I raced.
All in all get an old "snapper" lawn mower, buy a power wheels body, change the belts and pulleys, and whamo you have virtually the same thing.

The truck looks to be a mini ATV with the body over it. You could do that somewhat easily
$250:
Specification
Engine:Single cylinder,49 cc,Two-stroke,Air-cooled
Drive System:Automatic
Transmission:Chain
Start Method:Pull Start
Fuel Capacity:1.1 L
Brake:Rear Disc Brake
Front Tire:4.10-4
Rear Tire:4.10-4
Vehicle Dimension:98 X 52 X 66 CM
Distance Between Axles:70 CM
Distance Between Front Wheels:49 CM
Distance Between Rear Wheels:49 CM
Max. Speed:40 KM/Hour
Weight Capacity:80 KGS
They all looked a little slow for me.
